Terms and process for joining the team to receive referrals through ReKindle - please read this first. If you are accepted, these terms and process will apply but are subject to change:

1. To apply, you must have passed the ReKindle Relationship Course and have completed at least 18 hours in our placement 'ReKindle Affordable Scheme'.
2. Applying does not mean you'll be accepted, your application takes into consideration:
3. How you did on the course
4. What feedback we get from your placement
5. How your informal interview goes
6. If you're accepted, referrals are not guaranteed (because the public are able to choose who they want to see), so do try to make your profile stand out.
7. You may choose your own private fee amount to charge ReKindle referred couples from £50.00 upwards.
8. You must see all ReKindle clients at the ReKindle centre.

Whilst working at the ReKindle centre 

1. You will have your profile on the website for clients to find you so we can refer clients to you - this is a subscription of £15.00 per month
   (must be by standing order) What does that include?
2. Regular advertising on social media
3. Online profile & fee update anytime for free
4. Reduced fees for any ReKindle related CPD
5. In addition, you will pay room rent by the hour at a fee of £20.00 for couples, so do take this all into consideration when deciding on your private fee amount.
6. ReKindle reserves the right to randomly ask clients for feedback about the venue and their counselling.
7. If you decide to leave, we expect you to give us and your clients 2-3 months notice so that your client endings are safe and ethical.
8. You must offer the option to re-refer your clients carefully with another ReKindle specialist if your clients want to continue at the centre.
9. You will be required to send a monthly check in form to keep us updated of your current clients , any client breaks from therapy and ended clients.
10. Ended clients will be contacted for feedback.

Becoming a ReKindle Tutor

You may also apply to us if you're interested in teaching the ReKindle Relationship course in the future. You must have completed the course and the 18 hour placement to be eligible. Plus have some sort of teaching qualification or experience already or be signed up to a short teaching course once you start tutoring at ReKindle. A basic teaching course can be taken at a low cost and a in short amount of time online. Please enquire with the manager directly at rk.manage@rekindlecounselling.co.uk
