The Venue
We have a beautiful set of comfortable quiet rooms for you to feel at ease in.
Chilled filtered water is available for your convenience and can be taken into the room with you.
When you arrive, ring the doorbell and we’ll let you in. Straight ahead at the top of the stairs is our Waiting Area. If someone other than your Counsellor lets you into the building, do text your Counsellor to let them know you are here.
Payments will be via Square card pay terminal, please pay at the end of each session for the 'ReKindle Affordable Scheme’.
Private ReKindle Relationship Counsellors will make other arrangements with you for payment.
Please only ring the bell once, wait patiently, your Counsellor has heard you if they're there, they might be finishing up with clients that are in before you. If you don’t get a response at all, please text your counsellor, they could still be on their way to the centre.
Please arrive very near to the correct time, we might not be able to let you in if we are still in a session with a client.
Please keep voices to a minimum when on the premises, particularly whilst you’re walking along the hallway upstairs.
There is NO PARKING at the property, the shop owner downstairs will come out and ask you to move, instead there is free parking in nearby streets, particularly the side roads - Broomfield Avenue and Mendip Close, walking distance 2/3 mins away.
Training Facilities
A modern training room with 10 chairs, large screen for workshops, courses and presentations, plus a podium housing the computer, necessary handouts for the class and the presenter or tutor's cuppa of course! Refreshments for everyone on any course in our kitchen area - plus catering for anyone with food intolerances.
Counselling Rooms
The larger rooms for couples have a 3 seater sofa for clients and a wingback armchair for the Counsellor. Each room has a tech friendly table where you can plug in and recharge your phones/tablets/laptops. With white walls to bounce around the light from the large windows, the place feels comfy and like home.
Facilities
We have a bright waiting area with chilled filtered water for you to sip. Some books and magazines to flip through while you wait. You'll be greeted by your Counsellor and shown to your room. Do take your drink of water with you... talking can be thirsty work after all!
After your session, you can pay at the Square Pay Unit, your counsellor will show you how, or via your Private Therapist's instructions.
